Functions for Members of the Board of Directors
- Serve as stewards of Melvin Henry Centers Mission
- Serve as liaisons for communities served by Melvin Henry Center’s community outreach councils and/or committees
- Serve as advisers to the Founding Managers for the establishment of minimum job requirements and associated knowledge, skills, and abilities for Melvin Henry Center volunteers, employees, and associated participants of all committees and councils
- Provide capacities for contributing to the Melvin Henry Center's service to adults with physical, mental, and learning disabilities
- Provide capacities for contributing to the licensing and Certification of Melvin Henry Center’s projects, programs, facilities, and or staff
- Provide capacities for contributing to the staffing and management of programs and projects under the care of Melvin Henry Center.
