Melvin Henry Center takes ownership over helping motivated individuals entering the workforce to achieve the coursework necessary to acquire the skills necessary for job acqisition and maintanence; Melvin Henry Center's integration of Employment Training Administration's Competencies with industry recognized Certification provides program completers the track record of success necessary for improving their  access to post secondary supports, continued academic and occupational education, and increased economic opportunities.
 With the support of industry partners and content area experts, Melvin Henry Center is able to provide 
OSHA Outreach Training  PREWORKFORCE, WORKFORCE,  ENERGY WORKFORCE, ENTREPRENEURIAL, and Science Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Programs.
Melvin Henry Center's Occupational training programs are academically based to meet the educational needs of returning veterans, individuals experiencing life transitions, displaced workers, individuals at risk of economic failure, future entrepreneurs, the underemployed, and those with a  demonstrated desire to succeed.  

Melvin Henry Center actively strives to recruit and retain highly-skilled occupational trainers and philanthropic academicians for the development and delivery of integrated, individualized, and accredited occupational programs for learners of all abilities and ages.
